Sorry the level crossing at Mitcham Road has no stopper/express selection
and will lower in time as if the train was running express.  This is
weird since the station is very close to the level crossing, timing
through Nunawading would work since an express will run non-stop through
Nunawading since the auto protecting the next level crossing is at the 
top of the hill.
