It's still a good idea extend to the city , there is always uni/TAFE
student travelling off peak(RMIT/Melb. U/Swinburn/Box Hill TAFE/VUT) or
people want to travel cross city(Werribee/Williamstown) or exchange to
other suburban service at Richmond. Express service will offer faster
journey time to these destination.
