It was reported by a correspondent on this group about the Met in Melbourne
is offering free travel on xmas day and new years eve.
In the Transadelaide web site, they are offering free travel on new years
eve from 10pm till dawn, this been sponsered by the Accident Commission and
the Drug & Alcohol Services Council.
No mention at Citytrain in Brisbane.
I can not get access into the Perth site.
Anyone from Brisbane or Perth please reply here, and tell us if transport is
running frequently all night on new years eve.
P.S. There is no free travel in Sydney, but very frequent services, which I
note in the special timetable are still stopping at city stations between
11.45pm and 1.15am when they are supposed to be closed.
