Sadly, then, it appears that the Australian media are trying to match
their UK counterparts when it comes to inaccurate and sensationalist
reporting of railway accidents.
The fact is that the truth *will* come out at the enquiry, but the press
feel the need to say something *now*, even without the full facts.
A real pity, but inevitable, I'm afraid.
Anyway, even from across the world there are those of us thinking about
those affected by the accident. All the best.
