ALso, the NSW government reckons Badgerys will need $4b of
new infrastructure, not $1b as the EIS assumed.  A rail link
to the East Hills/Airport line via Liverpool y-link would
cost all of $1b without even thinking of more northerly
transit connections to Cabramatta and Blacktown and new
roads.
