Roma to Charleville

The line from Roma to Charleville was upgraded in 1993 to handle 90 tonne
loco's. Does anyone know how much of the rail along this section prior to this
upgrade was 42 lbs and what is the weight of the replaced rail. I would also be
interested to know if the speed restriction is still 70 km/h along this line.
