At Clyde, I was told they will only be paid for a train after it has been
accepted.  If the SRA does not accept it, Clyde doesn't get paid.  This would
have been a great clause for the tangaras!

Tangaras, Xplorers and XPT sleepers only entered service as quickly as they did
because there was an election coming.  The Xplorers and XPT sleepers were failed
a number of times in testing, but politicians ordered that they be accepted "or
else".
