Hi David,

Are you sure about that? The Greiner government was a two term government,
and was elected for the first time in 1988, and subsequently reelected in
1991. This government lasted until 1995.

The Xplorers and XPT sleepers entered service in 1993 - well short of an
election (state election, anyway).
