Cityrail fare rises suck

The latest fare rises have pushed me off public transport and back to the car.

For a short trip (like Pennant Hills to Epping - about 4km), the single fare has
gone from $1.80 to $2.20.  Yet the return fare to the city (off peak - around
30km) is only $3.60.  This sucks.

It seems to me that Shityrail want to get rid of the short journey passengers.

This *WILL* result in more drink driving.
