Just quickly, Ben has made a slight mistake - a T2 transit lane allows
only cars with TWO OR MORE people in it (ie not just "more than two"),
in addition to taxis, busses etc.

A T3 lane is similar, the only difference is that cars must have three
or more people in it. In Sydney some transit lanes are permanent, whilst
others only operate at certain hours, and some operate as T2 at some
times and T3 at others.
