: It was apparently on the ABC news (3LO) at 11am.

To get the story straight; today the Charter for public transport
in Victoria for privite operators was released today, included there
is a section about privite operaters increasing their operatoins like
extensions.

I shaw there will be a copy on something like the age's site or a 
press release on the victorian government home page.
