I heard it was a tram broken down at about 11:45am. I was on the tram
right before it... we were at Queensberry when a PA announcement came on
about terminating at Lonsdale... then my friend told me they were
working on the overhead when he was at melb central at around 1pm

Did they terminate trams at Domain rd then? :)
