All I can think is about those two men who were squashed in the NR.
I hope the inquiry checks the NR's as my thoughts goto the relative and
friends and workmates. I wont speculate as to the NR's design etc except to
hope all areas are looked at. The photos I have seen suggest the cab fared the
worse, exatly where us human travel.

Thoughts for all railway men who travel the rails.
