The Silverton 48/830 class are accredited by the NSW Department of Transport to run
at 115km/hr. The Rail Access Corporation restricts their speed to 100km/hr on
their track. There is no such restriction in other states, other than their
accredited speed, or general speed restrictions on the track.

I would suggest that the ASR 830 class are also allowed to run at their maximum
accredited speed.
