According to the Working Instructions book, the XP has a live mass of 72 tonnes, and a dead mass
of 85 tonnes.

According to the book, the idle speed is 750 RPM, unless supplying auxiliary power, in which case
it is 1000 RPM.  The max speed is 1500 RPM with the overspeed protection set at 1750 RPM.
