There are some things you just cannot design any system against!

In terms of human factors, the actions of this person are classified as a
"violation" rather than an "error" or a "mistake". On the whole, there is little a
railway can do against the person who is determined to break the rules and take
the risk of injury or death. Such people are entirely on their own in terms of
responsibility and accountability.

But gee, doesn't it cause trouble for others too!!!!!
