 One of my XPT trips that happened, I was traveling with my Girlfriend and
we were in the same compartment, but another foriegn couple were seperated,
the woman spent some time loudly attempting to negotitate with other passengers
for a swap so she could be with her husband. It didnt happen.

 Ive also traveled alone and been in with a stranger. Given the price of the
sleepers, there good chance that the other person is quite reasonable.
