Well that fills me in on the message on the Victrip page:

SERVICE DISRUPTION: ALL TRAINS TO WILLIAMSTOWN AND WERRIBEE ARE
CURRENTLY DISRUPTED DUE TO OVERHEAD WIRES BEING ENTANGLED AT
NEWPORT. BUSES WILL RUN FROM FOOTSCRAY. SERVICES ARE NOT
EXPECTED TO BE RESTORED UNTIL AT LEAST 6:30PM MONDAY 27 JULY.
