Doomben line (Brisbane) re-opening to passenger traffic

>From Tuesday Jan 27 1998, the line from Eagle Junction to Doomben is
reopening to passenger traffic (Citytrain) Monday to Saturday.

Stations in a down direction are (Eagle Junction) Clayfield, Hendra, Ascot
and Doomben (towards Pinkenba).

Bus services connect with some of the train services from Doomben to
Pinkenba, and some even from Eagle Junction to Doomben and/or to Pinkenba
*with* the train service.

Eagle Farm (next on the down) is just a smashed-up, graffitied small shack,
and is where the electrification ends.  Bunour and Meendah are only the
platforms (no buildings) and Pinkenba was in a very good state the last I
was there (not long ago).
