True it - but long distance train travel in Aust is still being treated as
if it was there as a point-to point transport medium which is the view taken
by many contributers to this ng. I think there is great potential for
tourist travel by train ie travel for the sake of it not just to get from a
to b. And to get back to what I said some time back - I don't see the
Overland as having a place in the tourist market.
