The first six videos had the voice of the aforementioned Mr Starkey,
apparently as a personal friend/favour to Britt Allcroft, the
producer.

Michael Angelis then became the voice for the next series.......
somehow it just wasn't the same...... (bit like someone other than
Sean Connery playing James Bond).

The videos refer to both Sir Topham Hatt and the Fat Controller
interchangeably.
