Yes, but I am talking about the Australian way of doing things.

The yanks buying a couple may make them a long shot for consideration, but
they are still a Spanish curiosity!

Our politicians, rail administrators, etc. still don't see a world beyond
USA, Japan and UK.

Neither do most of major TV news services (they also ignore most of
Australia),
