According to S97.40154, 
9459 Was Tottenham Yard - Sale, now is Dynon - Maryvale Paper Mill,
0461 Maryvale - Traralgon light engine is cancelled,
9458 Traralgon - Tottenham Yard Goods is cancelled,
9460 Sale - Maryvale Goods is cancelled.

As Steve said, this now leaves no goods beyond Maryvale.
