I can assure you that St Albans and Broadmeadows trains often get
cancelled in the evenings. No idea how our cancellation figures
compare to yours though.

That annoys me a bit too, if the train is already late. I'd like to
see a blitz on door-forcing.

Someone else metioned that the working timetable says 7.35pm. Might be
worth bringing that up on the customer feed back line to confirm that
our timetables are wrong.

When trains leave late they can easily end up stuck behind another
train stopping all stations.

I have to catch 2 trains and a bus to work (St Albans-City, City-Box
Hill, Box Hill- Burwood East). It doesn't take much disruption to make
me miss at least one of the connections. Often it runs smooth as
clockwork, but in the last 2 weeks it's been really bad. No idea why,
just a lot of cancellations and late trains.
