True.  However, 99% of the time it will be the rear power car, because the driver's prefer
the front one to be a bit quieter.  It will, however, be the front power car every time
the train leaves Sydney Central, because the rear power car is not allowed to be left
running at the platform.  This is due to the air-conditioning intakes for the CityRail
offices upstairs.
