Unfortunately only a limited number were published and it has been out
of print for many years. The Railfan Shop somehow got an unopened box of
unsold mint condition copies several years ago and this is how I got a
copy. Both "The ML2 Story" and Peter Bermingham's later book "The A7
Era" are outstanding publications and well worth the high price.
