Except for the fact that electric cars don't supply their own power,
whereas diesel cars do. Also, the DEB set power cars - PF and HPF -
were diesel from day one, as well as power cars providing HEP power -
PHS, PFH, PHN, PHA, PHV, PHO and PHG type cars.
