WT28 the Dubbo to Sydney went through Orange this afternoon at 1640 hrs. It
only had one power car again.
I suppose the reason that the Central Western XPT gets only one power car
when there is a shortage is that the train can be turned on triangles at
both Orange and Dubbo.
