I can almost guarantee (as a short time BHHS student) that that will NEVER
happen, especially because BHHS already has a popular bus stop out the front
and Laburnum station out the back.  Anyway, the median strip from the
Whitehorse campus of Box Hill Institute down to BHHS is definitely not wide
enough for a tramway.
