The facade of the tram depot was retained as the outer shell of a hotel.
AETA had its 50th anniversary dinner there.
The former winding house, on the north-east corner of Bridge Rd & Hoddle
St, was demolished against opposition a decade ago, to provide space for
the flaring of the intersection.
