Does this mean that the SA Govt now has a spare $120 M , which was the
original amount allocated to this project?
If so, there would be no need to borrow funds at 12% for the AP to
Darwin line.
Or is it more likely , that the funds for the O-Bahn were never
appropriated ,and that the project was never planned to go ahead
anyway, simply another empty Govt promise.
Its significant that no alternative proposals have been suggested to
spend the money!!!
