I can think of endless things to do with 120m$ in SA such as:  an Adelaide
Hill railway bypass, or to keep interstate train like Overland alive, or to
keep Trans-Adelaide alive, or  extension of TransAdelaide tram from Victoria
Square to somewhere closer to the city.
