Yes , but any operator looking at converting Wolseley to Mt G at their
own cost wont want any alternative routes out of Mt G which could be
accessed by their competitors.
The only exception being if FA ends up being the operator , but FA
wont want to , or indeed be able to reguauge Wolseley to Mt G at their
own expense.
