Re: [NSW]Getting rid of guards

I know guards will go eventully as will drivers, on the page
http://www.railwayage.com/may99/21stcentury , it claims
'NYC Transit, one of the oldest rapid transit systems in the U.S. with nearly
800 route-miles controlled by traditional automatic block signals, should
within the next 20 years evolve into one of the most modern. Driverless
operation? As the Paris Metro's new Meteor Line is demonstrating, the
technology to make it happen is available'

The public would not stand for a train with no staff on it so I think you
will find security guards patrolling the train or someone monitiring cameras
in each car.

To clarify another point, I don't hate drivers as a whole. I find most
drivers good at their job and nice people, in fact I think I hate more guards
than drivers as alot of guards are useless pieces of shit but there are some
good guards out there too.
