Indeed it is.  It is where the double line from Melbourne becomes
single line just before Bendigo.  Your eduction on geography south
of the minor creek is obviously lacking. |-)

'Cause thats how the Poms did it in 1860's, and the railways have
never been known to change things in a hurry.

You need to work it as if it is a Non-Terminal Station, i.e. have
the 400m beyond the Home Signal clear.
