Agreed about the behaviour of *some* of the younger members of our
world. Many a study has been conducted, with almost as many reasons why,
but I think the vandalism etc largely stems from boredom, probably
brought about by long working hours of parents, and a steady drop in
local activities to keep young minds occupied.
Jeez, I just read what I've typed, and I sound like an old fart! Then
again, 25 is ancient when you're 15...

Cheers.
