south-eastern Australia for the next 20-30 years

- assesses the range of possible benefits of an east coast VHST

options most worthy of further analysis

possibilities available, including the potential for private as well
as public funding and the possible call on governments; and

- makes recommendations for detailed further research to be
commissioned in Phase 2

The conrtact person is Dr Judith Winternitz.
