Not much room at some locations - Springwood had some added at the time of
it's recent upgrade.

Springwood is, Katoomba's on the list for a lift and the only other places
I'd even consider improving are Blaxland, Glenbrook, Lawson and at a pinch
Leura/Wenty Falls, Mt Vic.
