I must say I haven't seen any city circles - but if what you say is
correct then I am very happy.  I would hope though, that if services are
existant now, they haven't just put them in while the tram shortage is
present. The city circle tram really is for a different purpose than the
train was/is!! I'm sure people will agree with me on this one.
