[NSW] CityRail's revamped performance page

CityRail has revamped its on-time performance page
http://www.cityrail.nsw.gov.au/Performance/Measures.htm.

As well as stats that separate AM & PM, Intercity and Suburban for the last
week, a day by day combined suburban/intercity figure is given for each of the
last 3 months.  Force Majeure incidents and other major incidents are actually
listed by date, occurrence and number trains delayed for the last 3 month's
tables.  No such incidents (including suicides) for March amazingly!

What a wonderful step forward for transparency (for weekday peaks at least).
