Approx. 88m$ From Cathy Pacific's newsletter. But I'm sure Dave Proctor
or David Bromage can come up with a more exact figure.

Depends really, if you want your luggage check in be there half an hour
before hand. If you want your motorail checkin to Indian Pacific 1 and
half hour.

If you don't really have many luggages and wanting to bring them
onboard. You can be there at the last minute.
