Very unlikely that the overhead will continue to Cairns. The Cairns to
Rockhampton section will need to be upgraded though to accomodate the Diesel
Tilt Train if speeds of up to 160km/h need to be reached.  This involves
curve easing and resleepering the tracks which is very costly.
