>From what I understand another driver is brought along to move the train
once all the photos, plem investigation, body taken away and cleaning of
train is done (fire bridage is used to hose done the train).
The driver at the time is taken fof Councilling and doesn't drive again
that shift.  

In a near miss the driver has the option of not completing the shift.
