Where do you mean by Footscray?  From Spencer St, there is a
single line section as far as Sth Dynon Jct/Sims St Jct, then
double line through the Bunbury St tunnel & up the hill as far as
West Footscray Jct.  So if your Up Aurora was to be checked, it
would be held at Sims St Jct, maybe in the tunnel.  The other end
of that fairly short tunnel is below Footscray.
