You're spot on about Punchbowl.

Others will correct me if I'm wrong but sector 2's C sets are based at
Flemington
Maintenance Centre and the rest sector 2's stock is based (term used
loosely) at
Mortdale.  The C sets appear to get to FMC a lot more than do other sets get
to
Mortdale.

Although I suspect S2 T-sets get to Mortdale more often than S2 S-sets and
R-sets
judging by their respective conditions.
