Yes.  Flemington.

Sector 2 is blue target plates.  All the C S R sets from sector 2 are
serviced, washed and maintained at Fleimngton.   All the tangaras that
operate in Sector 2 come from Mortdale, and have red target plates like all
the sector 1 tangaras.  They are intermixed (ie T10 may be doing drug links
one day, Banko Circles the next, and Cronulla/Waterfalls the next).

P.S. T10 is rooted. (N5222 Chopper Unit defective).
