They are (as someone put it to me) "the snob mob", people who only come
out to photograph trains when the sun is shinning.

If you want information either sift through the shit here, or join one
of the other egroups:

railnotify (a SMS only group)
vicloco
(any I have missed?)


Some have restricted membership, and once applying you get on the
pending list and they work out if you can join or not.
