How about upgrading the barriers where the tickets go into so that there is
a wider slot to take the ticket, and also take the ticket in any
direction.... watching people go through the Sydney barriers it seems a
very inefficient operation as they fumble around trying to get their
tickets in the narrow slots, in the correct direction. In Tokyo by
comparison they have small tickets going in wide slots and the direction
doesnt seem to matter... the flow through the barriers is much smoother.
