You're right about the lack of IMUs.  The point I was trying to make was
that Citytrain could do a lot more with their existing rollingstock if
they adopted a service pattern more like Transperth - ie short (3 car)
units more frequently on the 6 principal suburban corridors.  In
addition to this, more IMUs are necessary (or at least more intelligent
use of the ICE sets - using them on Corinda - Yeerongpilly seems bizarre
to me).
