London has only got dedicated trains for Heathrow in the last few years,
before that and you had to use the tube, although it had the advantage of
the airport being at the end of the trip, so the trains were not overly
full.
If they wanted to do it properly, they could have 4 trains an hour starting
at Turrella, which would then have the advantage of being empty when going
through the airport. If it was a 10 minute service, with every third train
coming from Campbelltown (and therefore full) but 2 out of 3 being empty,
they would wait for the empty one.
